The RNOH Private Care organisation started over 100 years ago. Historically they’ve pioneered leading surgical approaches and ranked in the top 10 in the world. Their branding and website failed to capture this.

Engaging multiple audiences with complex requirements

RNOH Private Care has multiple and complex audiences to engage. The NHS who benefits from the fees they charge, globally renowned surgeons who are needed to retain their reputation, the caring team to nurture patients and then, of course, patients themselves.

Their branding and website journey performed poorly compared to competitors who have invested in their online marketing presence. Valiant was appointed to run a strategy workshop to shape their global proposition, align everyone and understand the complexity of how they operate and who they need to communicate with.

Following the workshop, we undertook interviews with some of the key consultants and stakeholders to give us all the information we needed to transform the RNOH Private Care proposition.
