Aligning after acquisition
Fine Group was recently acquired by ambitious investors who wanted to capture the brilliance of the business and take it to the next level. They wanted to transform their proposition by leveraging their experience, highlighting their positive reputation and reinventing it for the future.
Exactly the opportunity the Valiant team loves. It was time to learn the finer details and get stuck into our brand strategy process.
Following a comprehensive competitor, customer and market analysis Valiant held a full strategy workshop with all key stakeholders.
Within this they mapped out commercial objectives, competitor analysis, differentiators customer profiling and pain points as well as the values and vision of the business. This deep dive workshop gave Valiant the information they needed to be able to create the strategy deliverables. This was an articulation of their positioning, values, brand narrative, key messaging and tone of voice.
